Tony Martindale
Tony Martindale is the co-owner of Martindale Manufacturing alongside his wife, Leslie Martindale. Tony graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Industrial Technology and while working full time earned an MBA in New Business Ventures and Startups from California State University, East Bay.
Tony began his career at NUMMI, the joint venture between Toyota and General Motors in Fremont, California, where he spent most of his nine years as a manufacturing engineer learning and deploying the Toyota Production System and Lean Manufacturing principles. He later joined Cisco Systems as a Manufacturing Manager in the Broadband Router Division.
In 2004, Tony and Leslie purchased the company at that time it consisted of the owner, his son, and one employee. Since then, the company has reinvented itself many times, growing from a micro-business into a respected aerospace manufacturing company with 25 employees and both AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications. Martindale Manufacturing embraces modern digital manufacturing systems, utilizing Fulcrum ERP and FactoryWiz production monitoring technology to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Under Tony and Leslie’s leadership, the company has experienced steady growth every year except during the COVID pandemic and supplies major corporations including Parker Hannifin, Freudenberg NOK, and Rubbercraft Corporation of California in the aerospace seal plate industry.

Shawn Goodall
Shawn has been with Martindale since 2014. He manages all aspects of operations – from customer coordination, scheduling, and procurement, all the way through the job process to final shipment. Shawn’s attention to detail, customer focus and positive attitude make him vital to the success of the Martindale.

Eddie Gonzalez
Eddie has been with Martindale since 2010. He started on the production floor and through machining experience, education, and dedication he has worked his way to the role of Engineering Manager. Eddie focuses on new job implementation, continuous improvement, and new equipment installation.

Yareli Rosas
Yareli has been with Martindale since 2016. Her previous experiences in machining have made her a natural fit for operating and managing the Martindale Quality System. She is thorough, detail oriented and committed to the quality process, including debur, marking, assembly, final QC and shipping. She also has been trained and manages Martindale’s AS9100/ISO9001 certification.

Ethan Ramirez
Ethan has been with Martindale since 2016. He has training in Mastercam and manages the production on first shift. He also collaborates with engineering to implement continuous improvements. This includes quality, productivity, safety, and cycle time reduction. He has a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Jorge Cuevas
Jorge has been with Martindale since 2013. He has advanced training in MasterCam and lean manufacturing practices. He uses his years of production and managerial experience to create efficient, effective and robust manufacturing processes. He is continually finding a balance between speed, quality and productivity.

Erick Martinez
Erick Martinez has been with Martindale since 2021. He seamlessly continues production and process improvements from first shift to second shift. As a manager, he also works with engineering to continuously improve quality, cycle times, productivity and safety. He has a ‘can do’ attitude with an effective leadership style.
